These Terms govern your use of “Valksor MCP servers” (at https://mcp.valksor.com — the web page and the llms.txt index, together the “Service”), a free, public, read-only index operated by Valksor (valksor.com). By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use it. The dictionary servers this site lists are governed by their own terms, on their own sites.

1. What the Service is

The Service is the showcase and machine-readable directory of Valksor's dictionary MCP servers: a static page and an llms.txt index. It looks nothing up and proxies nothing — connecting to a listed server means using that server, under its terms.

2. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and considerately. You must not:

• circumvent or hammer the per-IP rate limits, or otherwise overload or disrupt the Service;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use it for any unlawful purpose.

We rate-limit per IP and may block or restrict abusive traffic.

3. Availability & accuracy

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty and no uptime or support guarantee. The catalogue may lag the servers it describes. We may change, limit, or discontinue the Service at any time.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valksor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
